  1. Everything looks so delicious Anam..I just have one concern about the sauce you are using for raphael..i hope you have checked ingredients even if they are saying its baby friendly..the second ingredient in their list after tomatoes is sugar and again glucose and pineapple concentrate which is too much sugar i feel..if you are ok with that then its totally fine but as my son is just a month younger than raphael i just thought i should let you know…❤

  3. A delicious healthy recipe that I absolutely love is a cold corn pasta. You can make alterations according to your taste buds, but this is how I make it:

    – Firstly, take any type of pasta (spiral or farfalle work the best though). Cook it in salted water until al dente (don't overcook it). Once it's ready, rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process and keep it aside.

    – For the sauce, take paneer or tofu, garlic cloves (you can cook them in a little olive oil first if you want—I don't like the strong raw taste of garlic, so I cook mine until they're golden brown), pepper, salt, oregano, a few ice cubes (not too many, just enough to get a smooth, thick consistency), a squeeze of lemon, basil leaves and cashews or a little pesto sauce.
Blend everything together and keep the sauce in the freezer while you make the rest. Not to freeze it, just so it's nice and cold.

    – Now take a corn on the cob (actual corn tastes much better than frozen corn kernels), roast it on the stove, cut off the kernels, and add them to the bowl with the pasta. Add some crunchy onion as well, then mix in the chilled sauce and eat it cold.

Adjust the salt, oregano, and spice according to your liking. It's not the easiest recipe, but it's not too hard either. You can always modify it and make it however you like. The corn and onions can also be skipped if you want it to be ready quickly.

  4. I think the pasta was a bit overcooked, so you can improve that when you make it again, that changes the taste honestly and if the blend was a bit more creamier that would be better, you could add some cream to it.

  5. Lemme give you a suggesstion…. PLEASE DO GIVE IT A TRY….. Roast onion, garlic and red bell peppers in air fryer and blend it……..grill or cook chicken pieces with peri peri masala (salt, pepper and lemon juice) in olive oil and then add sauce and cooked pasta……..chopped basil at the end💛💛💛💛Lots of love to you and the baby and the family

  6. Loved the avocado toast you made. I’m gonna try it for sure.

I have a healthy chilli cheese toast recipe that we eat atleast twice a week.
Take the brikoven whole wheat sourdough bread.
Put very thin layer of butter
Add freshly grated mozzarella cheese. (I use amul diced cheese as well)
I also add half cheese slice and break them into pieces.
    Chopped green chillies.
    Put green olives on top.
Sprinkle the seasoning of your choice.
Bake it at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

    It tastes yumm. 💕

  7. Hey Aanam, great video. And would love a part 2. Just a tip, you could top the pancakes with honey and some bananas. And also for the pasta, I feel you can leave out some of the chicken and veg to top it with the pasta as well.

  8. Love it! Going to try that pancake recipe foshoo❤ so my mummy makes this really nice protein moong daal chilla with delicious filling along with sambar and it's one of my most favourite things to have , especially when I am on my period because I have realised it helps with the camps and is really warm and filling ✨
