Where is the new property located? I’m glad you decided on the new property. You can’t beat this views.
Inclines to get to your house in the winter will be a problem. C'mon has Incline but not as much. I think you can't put a price on the privacy at C'mon, yet close to your friends. You've worked to make your home on c'mon and your almost done. Yes, you need to build your house but you have friends that can help get most of it done quickly. The new house may have great views but you but you still have to build/ complete two houses. You have less room to roam and get away from people/family at the new place. We moved closer to children family and away from our friends and now we are alone because the children moved again. We have to drive 58 miles to get to the closest Walmart. The town we live in is 500 people no stores. We stock up and go into a large town 93 miles away about every two months. Make our Doctors appointment to coincide with shopping dates. We are 75+ years old and our house needs a ton of work (not what we thought we bought) if we had our friends we would have all the help we need. I would really hate for you to leave all the work you've accomplished on c'mon. The neighborhood you have now is nice but you can't be sure the next neighbor will be. Also just because someone says they're going to fix the road doesn't mean they really will. What ever you decide best of luck. ❤😊
What about all the animal? Are you planning on moving them all? You’ll need to fence in the property so the dogs can still run around.

The new place may never stop being windy. Keep the top piece and sale the lower 2 properties. You can have the top property for a weekend cabin vaca… and make it a BNB to rent out.
Great looking property. Green giant arborvitae is what I planted. Pretty fast growing evergreen and get a great size. Not sure how they would do in your area but are great trees in mine. Congrats on the new adventure yall!

I have been watching you since you got to Arkansas. The family also. Great decision to move to the Ozark property. You need to do things for yourself and your family. I have a few names . Mountainview PARADISE or CMON PAradise. Your health will be so much better and less people using you and your equipment and clearly no more drama.
